AeroStadt will make sure you know what your operating costs are.  Whether your aircraft is solely owned or in a partnership, AeroStadt will maintain detailed logs of usage and trip expenses tracked to individual Cost Centers in order to ensure proper accounting.  Timely billing and invoicing for all facets of your operation will be provided, as well as monthly and annual accounting reports.

AeroStadt will keep you informed of the maintenance status of your aircraft.  We will track all pertinent scheduled maintenance to ensure airworthiness.  As the client, you will receive a weekly aircraft status report, including any open maintenance items, scheduled maintenance, and general condition of the aircraft.  We will handle all maintenance scheduling; ensuring the aircraft down time coincides with your schedule to eliminate unnecessary inconveniences.  AeroStadt will also maintain a detailed summary of expected outcomes for any maintenance performed on the aircraft.  This communication ensures satisfactory closure of maintenance items without the need for re-work.

AeroStadt will make sure your aircraft is clean and presentable.  Interior cleaning will be performed after each flight day.  This consists of general appearance items such as trash, lavatories, seats, and other general use items.  Detailed interior and exterior cleaning will be performed once a month, or more often as needed based on aircraft utilization.  De-ice boot dressing and care will be provided on manufacturer recommended cycles, or on an as need basis depending on utilization.

AeroStadt will make sure you have easy access to the aircraft schedule.  You will be able to see where the aircraft is located, when the aircraft is available, and which pilots are available to fly it.  A Cloud-based scheduling system gives instantaneous feedback to the clients and pilots ensuring accurate communication.

AeroStadt will provide all pilot services.  We will schedule pilots, manage their operating procedures, training records, and certifications and medicals, as well as invoice their time and make payment to them.  You can be assured that the pilots that operate your aircraft are held to standard operating procedures in compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations and AeroStadt policies and procedures.  Our pilots will operate your aircraft in a safe manor.  Your primary pilot is at your service 24/7, 365-days per year with zero flex in your Management/Pilot Services Fee.  If your utilization increases, your primary pilot cost will remain the same.

AeroStadt will provide all flight planning services, including international planning which includes over-flight permits, APIS, Customs Services, and destination ground services coordination.  A flight dispatch jacket will be provided with passenger pertinent information about the flight, including departure, en route, and destination weather, distance and flight time information, and any other information deemed pertinent for the passengers on board the aircraft.

AeroStadt can provide all trip logistics, making your planning simpler.  If you so choose, you may leave the catering, rental car, hotel, and dining/entertainment planning to us.  We will provide a profile for you to fill out including hotel and rental car chain preferences and club numbers.  We will book everything and provide you with a detailed itinerary.

AeroStadt understands the differences and challenges faced by both single-owners and partnerships.  This can get even more complicated if you have an interest in dispersing your fixed operating costs further via Part 91 Dry Lease.  AeroStadt will market your aircraft to potential program partners.  By contracting direct with AeroStadt, the owner only needs provide the available aircraft time blocks and we will do the rest, insulating the lessee, the lessor, and the pilots.

When your mission changes, or the current aircraft is no longer suitable for the mission due to obsolescence, costs, or performance, AeroStadt will be there to analyze your required parameters.  We will develop a well-designed aircraft acquisition plan, present our recommendations, and help shape your future mission fulfillment.
